    About Dr. Reset Shop

    How do I place an order on Dr. Reset shop?

    • Search for the desired product. You can search for a product directly in the special search field or by navigating the product categories directly from the site menu. Add the desired products to the shopping cart by selecting the “Add to cart” button. You can add to the cart more products, from different categories.
    • Check your order. After adding each product, you can view the list of products in the field on the right of the page, by accessing the VIEW CART button or by clicking on the basket icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Here you can review the list of selected products, update the quantity or drop one or all of the selected products.
    • Billing and delivery details for the order. After adding the desired products to the cart, you need to select the billing details, the desired payment method and the preferred delivery method. If you are already our customer and you are logged in to your account, the required fields will already be filled in. Don’t forget to read the terms and conditions and check the “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the website *” box before submitting your order.
    • Place the order. The final step in sending the order is the “Place order” button. Shortly after pressing this button you will receive an e-mail confirming the registration of your order.

    How can I track my order?

    You can track the status of your order in the ORDERS section of your customer account.

    How can I return my order?

    You have the right to return Dr. Reset products within 14 calendar days without giving a reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery.

    Dr. Reset reserves the right to limit the free return service to 14 days, in case of repeated returns, regardless of the type of product returned. The customer will be informed by written notification, call or e-mail, when incorrect behavior is found.

    Dr. Reset Product Return Conditions:

    • Dr. Reset products can only be returned if they are sealed.
    • Products must be accompanied by the accessories / gifts they came with.
    • The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them, the return is made only with the original packaging and labels intact.
    • If the return package contains products other than those in the completed return form, after the package has been checked by the courier, the pick-up will be refused.

      Return method:

        • To return a product, complete the return form, making sure the product meets the above return conditions.
        • In the form, choose one of the return options: voucher in the Dr. Reset online store or a refund of the amount paid on purchase.
        • After the request is approved, we will send the courier to pick up the product you want to return.
